We are all experiencing challenging times with the COVID-19 outbreak here in the US and Worldwide. Right now, and for the foreseeable future, we plan to continue business as usual: create and ship the best socks on the planet and support our customers. As part of our commitment to our customers, we'll update this page with any new developments as we move forward together through this pandemic. ARE WE STILL SHIPPING ORDERS?

Yes. We are currently shipping ALL orders placed via our website with no delays. Orders are shipped out the next day as long as the USPS is still accepting and delivering mail (which they are!). 

 

HOW DO WE OPERATE WITH A SHELTER-IN-PLACE?

We have moved our inventory to our secluded home in the woods where we are virus-free. As a small family business, we are able to continue our operation without outside employees at this time.  

 

IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Absolutely. Our customer service operates via email (hello@wildlygoods.com) and will reply to every inquiry within 24 hours (many times within 2 hours). If you have any immediate concerns please email us with your phone number and we will get back to you asap.

 

WHAT ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS?

Our manufacturing partners are currently working on new products for the summer and fall and are operating by their own local rules and regulations, and safeguards. As of this writing, we are expecting to launch new products in Summer 2020 without delay.
