Shipping & Returns/Exchanges Policy

If you have any issues with your order you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange it or receive a full refund. If you have any questions about our products or your order please shoot us a message along with your order number to hello@wildlygoods.com.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders leave our shop in Massachusetts (USA) within 48 hours after you place your order. You will have the option to choose your delivery method (Standard USPS, Expedited). Most standard USPS orders take 2-5 days to arrive at your door. 

We do ship internationally. Rates are set by our international carriers at checkout. 

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $40 OR MORE

All orders of $40 or more qualify for FREE SHIPPING within in the US. Orders under $40 and International Shipments are calculated at checkout by their weight and destination. All rates are set by USPS, FedEx, and UPS. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

If you have any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unopened item for a full refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item does not fit and you would like to exchange it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. 

Email us at hello@wildlygood.com with your order number and we will send you a shipping label to send your item to PO BOX 734, Rutland, Massachusetts 01543.

 

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

All sale or clearance items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are damaged or otherwise noted. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All products come with a 12-month warranty. If you experience any rips, tears, holes, or fails within 12 months, we'll send you a replacement or similar item at no cost.
