Neck Gaiters are a hyper-functional accessory that sits comfortably on your neck and can be easily pulled over your face as a face cover. They are a closed tube fabric made to protect your neck and face from the elements.
Neck gaiters have been around years. But it was not until the Pandemic of 2020 that you started seeing people wearing fashionable neck gaiters to the grocery store or to grab a coffee at Dunkin Donuts.

Neck gaiters (or neck warmer or Buff's) have actually been around since the 1980s. Neck gaiters were originally made of fleece and made to keep your neck warm. The functionality of the gaiter caught popularity for skiing and other outdoor sports to protect your face and neck from the elements (snow, wind, sand, debris).
